What exactly do you do?
We build and run outbound sales systems for B2B businesses. That means finding your ideal prospects, writing the outreach, sending it, and managing the whole pipeline — so your team just shows up to the calls. Our goal is to automate everything except for the sales call itself. Talking is what we are better at.
How do I trigger automations?
There are either those automations that are scheduled and run automatically, e.g. "cold Email - 100 Emails every morning at 9am EST", or automations that you trigger by chatting with the Automation Agent via WhatsApp, e.g. "Write and send an offer for Peter, we just had a call"
Why not just hire a VA?
You can. A good VA costs €2,500/month, needs training, makes mistakes, works 9-5, is slow and hard to get. We cost less, deliver in 48 hours and then the automations run 24/7 almost immediate (1-2 Minutes max.) and don't feel tired or want to quit because they get upset.
Can you do outreach with a list I already have?
Yes. The outreach service doesn't require you to buy leads from us. However, taking your lists instead of our prebuilt automated scraping could include a surcharge for adjusting the system to your individual lists.
Do you work with any industry?
B2B service businesses and SaaS with products and services from the mid to high ticket range. Not ecommerce, not B2C. That's where we find clients get the most out of us. And since one happy client is worth more than 3 unhappy ones, we stick with where we can deliver the most value.
Is there a minimum partnership period?
If you choose to go with our entire lead gen and outreach automation system to continuously do qualified high volume cold outreach for your business, yes we do have a minimum contract period of 3 months to ensure we have enough time to update the systems if necessary and achieve our ROI goal for you.
Do I have to record hundreds of videos?
No. You record 2 minutes of footage once. We use the HeyGen API to clone your voice, looks and likeness. The AI generates the personalized videos automatically for every outreach sequenze.
What format do I get the leads in?
A clean Google Sheet, ready to import into any CRM or outreach tool. Or for long term partnership we'll implement your CRM into the system to have the automation import the data straight into there.
What if the list quality is bad?
If more than 15% of emails bounce, we replace them for free and you get your money back.
What's included in the Growth Partnership?
200 fresh ICP-matched leads every month plus fully managed cold email outreach — writing, sending, tracking, reporting and iterating. $1,400/month, minimum 3 months.
Why a 3-month minimum?
Outbound takes time to warm up. The first month is setup and testing, the second improves on it, the third is where results compound. Committing less than that doesn't ensure hitting our ROI goal for you.
What happens if results aren't there after 3 months?
If the terms and KPI's we agreed on in our contract aren't met, you get your money back and we'll keep working for free until we hit those goals.
Can I cancel after the minimum?
30 days written notice after the 3-month minimum.
