We build and maintain AI-driven automation systems using the platform Make.com. Services are offered either as monthly retainers or, upon request, as one-time projects. There are no minimum contract durations.
3. Payment & Termination
We invoice monthly in advance via direct debit. Cancellation is possible at any time at the end of the billing month. No notice period is required.
4. Third-Party Tools & Liability
We use external tools such as Make.com, Tally.so, Calendly, and Loom. We are not liable for any legal or data privacy violations caused by these tools or their misuse by the client.We do not guarantee specific financial results. Any ROI or efficiency calculations on our website are examples and do not constitute binding promises.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are required to provide all necessary credentials, data, and information needed for the implementation of their automation.
6. Refunds & Revocation
As this is a personalized service, the right of withdrawal is excluded under § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB. No refund guarantee is offered after delivery of services.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Mönchengladbach, Germany, if legally permissible.
8. Severability Clause
Should any part of these terms become invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.

Diese AGB gelten für alle Geschäftsbeziehungen zwischen Rolup Florian Pütz (im Folgenden „wir“) und unseren Kunden. Mit Beauftragung unserer Leistungen erkennen Sie diese Bedingungen an.
2. Leistungen
Wir bieten individuelle KI-Automatisierungslösungen mit der Software Make.com an. Unsere Dienstleistungen umfassen Konzeption, Aufbau und Pflege solcher Systeme.Wir arbeiten primär auf monatlicher Retainer-Basis, bieten jedoch auf Anfrage auch einmalige Projekte an. Mindestlaufzeiten bestehen nicht.
3. Zahlung & Vertragslaufzeit
Die Abrechnung erfolgt monatlich per Lastschrift, immer im Voraus. Eine Kündigung ist jederzeit zum Monatsende möglich. Es gibt keine Kündigungsfristen.
4. Nutzung von Drittsoftware & Haftung
Wir verwenden Drittanbieter-Software wie Make.com, Tally.so, Calendly und Loom. Wir übernehmen keine Haftung für Datenschutzverstöße oder sonstige Schäden, die durch die Nutzung dieser Tools beim Kunden entstehen.Wir garantieren keine konkreten wirtschaftlichen Ergebnisse. Angaben auf unserer Website zu ROI oder Zeitersparnis sind Beispielrechnungen und stellen keine rechtsverbindlichen Zusicherungen dar.
5. Mitwirkungspflichten
Der Kunde verpflichtet sich, alle zur Umsetzung der Automatisierungen erforderlichen Informationen, Zugänge und Klarstellungen rechtzeitig bereitzustellen.
6. Widerruf und Rückerstattung
Da es sich um individuell angepasste Dienstleistungen handelt, besteht kein Widerrufsrecht nach § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB. Eine Geld-zurück-Garantie wird nicht gewährt.
7. Gerichtsstand & Recht
Es gilt deutsches Recht. Gerichtsstand ist Mönchengladbach, sofern gesetzlich zulässig.
8. Salvatorische Klausel
